In an article published under the headline ‘Church fraud case resurrected’ in yesterday’s edition of The Namibian, it was erroneously reported that the Macedonia Parish in Windhoek is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Namibia (Elcin) and that pastor Japhet Sem was an Elcin pastor. In fact, the parish is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Republic of Namibia (ELCRN), and Sem was an ELCRN pastor.
